Refund policy

An osaCV subscription is a single payment that opens the paid limits for thirty days. It does not renew itself. If it was not useful, we refund it in full within seven days of payment and we do not ask why.
What you are actually buying
The subscription raises the daily limits on your account for thirty days: downloads without a ceiling, ten translations a day, and thirty AI writing actions a day. Building a CV, previewing it, checking it against applicant tracking systems and downloading it stay free for everyone, with no subscription.
It is a digital service, activated on your account the moment payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped.
Seven days, no reason needed
Ask within seven days of paying and we refund the whole amount. We do not ask for a reason and we do not ask you to prove you have not used it.
That is deliberate: the amount is small and your trust is worth more than it. Somebody who paid, got nothing from it, and was then refused a refund of twenty-odd riyals does not come back — and tells people.
After seven days
After seven days we do not undertake to refund, because most of the access period has been used by then. But if the fault was ours — a duplicate charge, a payment that did not activate your account, a failure that stopped you using what you paid for — the refund is full and has no time limit. Write to us and we will put it right.
No automatic renewal
We do not store your card and we do not charge it monthly. One payment opens thirty days; when they end, access stops on its own. If you want to continue you pay again, deliberately.
So there is no cancellation to forget and no charge that surprises you months later. That is a decision, not a missing feature.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@osacv.com from the address you signed in with, and give the approximate date of payment. That is all we need to find the transaction.
We reply within two working days. The money reaches your card in five to fourteen working days depending on your bank — that part is the bank's timing, not ours.
Card details
Your card details never touch our servers. Payment happens on the provider's own page, and we do not keep the number, the expiry date or the security code.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not reduce the rights given to you by the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law applies.
