- Is the CV really free?
- Yes. You build it, preview it, check it and download it as a PDF or an image with no sign-up and no payment. The free file carries a light watermark; one payment per CV removes it for good. There is no point in the flow where you are kept from your own file.
- Why are the smart tools paid when everything else is free?
- Because they are the only features that cost us money every single time they run. The ATS check, by contrast, happens inside your own browser and costs us nothing — so there is no reason to charge for it, and it is the strongest argument we have that the tool works. So the payment comes with 24 hours of them: 5 whole-CV improvements and 3 translations, and you can reactivate them for another 24 hours for 9 riyals. Before paying you can try improving your summary once, free.
- Is there a renewal or a monthly charge?
- There is nothing to renew. You pay once per CV and what you bought for it stays with you — we do not keep your card and nothing is charged again, ever.
- Is the payment per CV?
- Yes. One payment opens one CV in its owner's name: edit it and download it for every job you apply to, without limit, in both its Arabic and English versions, with 24 hours of its smart tools. Within those 24 hours you can download it under up to 3 different names; after them the name locks to the CV. A CV for somebody else — a brother, a friend — takes its own payment.
- How do I pay?
- With Mada, Visa, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, through Moyasar's payment gateway. You enter your card on Moyasar's own page — we never see it or keep it.
- Do I need an account?
- No — building, previewing, checking and downloading all work without one. An account saves your CV so you can reach it from another device. It becomes required only when you pay: what you buy belongs to a person, so it has to attach to an account.
- Where is my data stored?
- Without an account: in your browser alone. With one: on our servers, against your account, and you can delete any CV or your entire account at any time from your account page. The privacy policy has the detail.
