Detail the internship
List the rotations and months in each. For a new graduate it is the whole of their experience.
Volumes describe level
Patients per day, the size of the emergency department, resuscitations attended. "Worked in ER" says nothing about the load.
Certificates with expiry dates
BLS, ACLS and ATLS with expiry dates. An expired certificate without a date reads as concealment.
Licences and certificates employers ask for
Name in full any you hold, with the number where there is one — many postings screen on these.

They measure order: airway, breathing, circulation; an ECG within minutes of arrival; vitals and monitoring; then the acute coronary syndrome protocol and a call to the specialist.
A patient refuses the treatment you recommend. What do you do?
Confirm capacity, explain risks and alternatives in plain words, ask why, and document an informed refusal. Respecting the decision doesn't mean stopping the explanation.
You see a colleague's medical error. What do you do?
Patient safety first, then speak to the colleague, then report through the approved system. Silence makes you part of the error.

Where this job leads
Most GPs apply to Saudi Board residency programmes after a year or two of work; the licensing exam score, references and departmental experience decide admission. Those who prefer to stay in primary care move towards family medicine. Keep every experience letter from day one — each current certificate and department counts.
