Nurse CV Example
In nursing, registration and licensure aren't a footnote at the bottom of the CV — they're the entry condition. Put them near the top, then state your clinical specialty precisely, because "nurse" alone isn't enough: critical care is a different job from emergency or medical-surgical.

Teacher CV Example
A teacher's CV needs to answer three questions immediately: which subject, which stage, and with what results. Schools hire for a specific subject and age group, and measurable outcomes — improved grades, pass rates, activities you've led — are what separate you from the rest of the pile.

Nursing and teaching share something that governs the whole CV: both are licensed professions, and your file is not read at all before the licence and its grade are verified. The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for nurses; the Professional Teaching Licence for teachers.
The licence with its grade, number and date
"Registered with the Commission" or "holds the licence" are two sentences that send the application back for completion. What is needed: grade, number and expiry, because the grade sets both the title and the salary in each sector.
For teachers specifically: give your scores on the general education and subject tests. Candidates are compared directly on them, and omitting them reads as a low score.
Name the unit or the stage
"Nurse" and "teacher" are generic titles nobody filters on. ICU is not ER is not medical; primary is not intermediate is not secondary — and postings filter on specialism and stage together.
Add the scale: unit beds and nurse-to-patient ratio, or number of classes and average class size. These describe your level with a precision no adjective achieves.

State outcomes even when it feels unusual
The caring professions tend to describe vocation rather than result, and it weakens the CV. For nurses: reduced patient falls or catheter-associated infections, or your unit's hand hygiene compliance rate.
For teachers: improvement in class average, pass rate, a national assessment result, or a team you coached. Quality departments and education districts read these instantly, and few candidates give them.

- Is the Professional Teaching Licence mandatory?
- Yes, to teach in Saudi Arabia, and it is a screening condition checked before experience is read. State its status, grade and both test scores plainly on the CV.
- What is checked first on a nurse's CV?
- The Saudi Commission classification grade, registration number and expiry, then current BLS and ACLS. An expired card is treated as none, and it is the most common reason applications stall.
- Should I name the hospital or school I worked at?
- Yes. The employer's name says things about your level that adjectives cannot: a teaching hospital, a specialist centre or an international school are all signals a manager reads immediately.
